The last interview I did was for Shell, they paid for me to fly over to Dublin & put me up in the Hilton. I decided to dress smart but casual, the other 2 candidates were in the full whistle & flute. At first I thought that maybe I had under dressed, but as it turned out I was in similar attire to all the interviewers and felt very relaxed throughout. I got the job but had to decline as the package turned out to be poor.
