inverter issue?

Anyone advise on this issue. Isolator switch had failed...see the pic, looked like loose wire on install. Replaced isolator, inverter came back on line showing no faults....but generation is matched by usage, even with everything off in the house. Can anyone explain, is it new inverter time? Sofar solar inverter

I've never known a burnt out connection trash an inverter. How long has it been stuck like this?

stuck now for a week, have done all the normal resets. It is actually exporting fine, but seems to be acting as though the battery is not there

Have you checked use 'mode' ie is it set for 'self use', or whatever Sofar call that?

With a Sofar it's worth doing some CT checks when there's little or no PV generation.
Set the CT to UNLOCKED/UNFREEZE in the menus.
Switch battery and inverter off.
Wait a minute then switch back on with a load from the house - oven or fan heater etc.
Let the CT settle down showing house importing from battery and/or grid.
Set the CT to LOCKED/FREEZE.
Check in Statistics/Inverter that CT direction is LOCKED.
