You can do the L/N to CPC only.

And yes you can calculate Zs, but why not perform the actual test?

(Is this a new circuit?)

NIC say to calculate zs because it goes against HSW regs (working nr live conductors) so can only be tested on a ring with plug adaptor with tester.

and radials must be calculated

not a new circuit, just replacing shower

I see Paul, looking through the archives you do not have an electrical apprenticeship background.

Testing is important, on all aspects of electrical work.

i would do all tests before wiring it into shower

IR

Zs

RCD

But then i could be argued like for like replacement doesnt need testing,,,

JL - Who's is the freephone number?

Have you changed from an 0845 Lo-call rate to an 0800 freephone number?

i have yes.

straight to the mobile and no monthly charge .

i have both but will promote the 0800 number now but save the 0845 for old customers ... also changing it on the van to when i have a min . :)

FWIW, you should stick a normal 01 number on the van too. i always avoid 08 numbers (since 08 numbers dont count in the free minutes)
