Issues With Greenstar 37Cdi Wireless Programmer Not Working

Hi

All of a sudden the timer has stopped working i.e. doesn't turn on when it's supposed to.
I watched an instructional video on how to resync the MT10 RF timer. It said hold down the override button

till the green light comes on but it never does come on. I held it down for at least 30 seconds or so but no green light.

Is there a quick fix I can try before calling worchester / plumber which will no doubt charge an arm and a leg.

I'd try turning the whole boiler for a few minutes, when you turn it back on you can then try the re-sync

Does the transmitter need a new battery?

PS never seen these before so no idea if this comment appropriate

probably needs a new battery. is there a display on the programmer?
