Okay this is all very well.
He MAY have done the things he was accused of.
But WHAT is going to be achieved now? He's dead FFS.
The victims "want justice" What are you going to do? put his coffin in prison?
There's a time and a place for everything, but after the guy is dead, is not it.
By all means have an investigation to see what you can learn to prevent it happening again. But "justice" just isn't possible now I'm afraid.

That will be a sod of a job, as when he was buried he requested he was buried at 45 degrees looking out to sea, his coffin was then encased in concrete to stop him from people digging him up.
Wonder if he knew that at some time that this would come out that why he was encased in concrete?

It would depend on how you see justice to be done. If the allegations are proven to be true then the first justice will go to those girls who reported him but were never beleived. Secondly he is still seen to be the champion of charity, and indeed did raise vast sums for various charities, but that does not give him or anyone else in his position to procure and abuse children, and people should remember that.
Lessons will be learned from this, and from all acounts some other names have been implicated (I beleive 5 so far) . It is never too late for justice.

To be honest steve I was sure he was innocent when this story broke, now I am open minded and will wait for the investigation to unfold before I pass any comment on his guilt. Its a shame if it is true.

I can imagine an even larger hole with even less

Hearing the news this am early, he had a key

There was a woman who came forward as soon as he was dead claiming to be his daughter. I bet she wishes she'd kept quiet now....

With it being Halloween yesterday I suggested we put a sign up welcome to jimmy's place, my missus thought it was quite funny but my daughter didn't see the joke.
