no matter the size of house Ive yet to run some tray and 25mm galv through the living room,a house is a house, even if its on 3p, its still a house.

You didn't see the Grand designs program with the tray on a domestic then Steps.

I have used tray and 20mm galv on a domestic before, just not in a living area where they have to look at it every day.
