A guy on local radio phone in this morning ,subject , driving offences, was done for driving without insurance in 1966 .....today's sentence would be a

Polish man caught stealing scrap metal will not be prosecuted even though he was caught on CCTV because it's not a crime in Poland?!?

Cps said he couldn't be charged because he didn't know he was committing a crime
