I had a contract interview with this estate agent a few weeks back but we didnt write anything down it was just verbal. did my first job for him..swop an RCD. anyway I charged him the following

Do remember tho that it's like your higher rate for the first hour. We never go somewhere for a full day or a week as you would. There are a number of small jobs often taking less than an hour with a lot of time cleaning/sterilising/traveling/on call in between.

If you wanted me for a full 8 hour day it would be a lot cheaper, but people don't.

If you consider getting your 50kg bitch spayed might cost you
