Has anyone come across these before I have tried google to no avail need something similar which I have seen but can’t find
any help much appreciated

It looks like a ballast. You should be able to buy an equivalent part by tridonic.

They look like the sort of style that was popular around 20years ago. Getting similar replacements will be hard as fashion dictates styles have changed. For instance, an awful lot of fittings are black these days, and having mostly gone led, a lot smaller. I would search under architectural lighting, and sit down before looking at the prices

Orla was dissolved in 2017 so you are going to struggle.
Fitzgerald did similar called a "drop basket", but they no longer exist and are now part of Powerlite

So basically I have been no help
