Hello Guys,

I have a huge list that I need to edit - into alphabetical order.

I have got as far as 'C' and it is a monster.

Is there any way that I could use 'Word' for example, to automatically, alphabetically arrange it all, Please?

Please say yes - and tell me how to do it. :p

Many Thanks.

Admin.

There is a way, I'd probably have a play with importing it into Openoffice and then sort the cells. Easy.

It's OK - I have found it...

For the benefit of others...

You can quickly and easily sort the text of a one-level bulleted or numbered list so that the text is in alphabetical order.

  1. Select the text in a bulleted or numbered list.
  2. On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click Sort.
  3. default.aspx

  4. In the Sort Text dialog box, under Sort by, click Paragraphs

I think you will find monster is an 'm' not a 'c'?
