Looking for commercial work in north east!

as title says, been a time served spark for around 6-7 years.

I have Jib card, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness, Advanced Prison Clearance, CRB checked, Full UK Driving licence and on my way on getting my Health and Safety passport.

Not sure, some people call it SCATS card and CCNSG.

I have found a site but not sure if its what i am needing for the HSE Passport or whatever you wanna call it. is it ok to post here for help to see if its what i need?

no worries,

ECS, IoSH , SCATS ,CCNSG are ALL different, certain sites require different levels, the basic is CSCS[ECS], some sites require a higher level, or specialised cards.

Got my ECS but after the one that allows me to go on idustrial sites like power plants. Some of my mates call it SCATS, some of them call it CCNSG. I might just ring the agencies tomorrow and see which one is the one i really need, cant afford to spend the cash on the wrong one yet.

CCNSG (Client Contractor National Safety Group), IIRC, Safety passport is typically the requirement for large engineering facilities, Tata require this for contractors on their plants for example, it is more an engineering type safety clearance.

You are not allowed to work on Port Talbot site without a CCNSG, or at least you weren't when I had to do mine, but it has now lapsed, as I don't need it at the moment.
