hi, recently finished 2330 level 3 and have a couple of months onsite experience. have own tools etc but need a permanent job as a mate or improver.

ive got cscs card but no luck yet. ive not got 2391 so that wont help my prospects and i dont feel im ready to take that as ive not got enough onsite experience yet

forget 2391 for the time being you dont need it

i havent got it and it doesnt hinder me at all

just get onsite as a mate/improver
