PV solar Panels & Payments

Good morning all,
I'm moving to a new house in a few weeks, my solicitor has been trying to get information from the current owner regarding tariffs and payments. I've also chat a chat with the owner, who moved into the house a year ago. he has never received any payments for the solar panels and isn't interested in doing so now. The panels are owned.
I have a copy of the MCS certificate, and the installation details are:
Total Installed Capacity (kW): 2.43
Estimated Annual Generation (kWh): 1944.00
Green Deal Installation: No
Planning Regulations Compliance: Permitting Development Rights
Building Regulations Notification: After The Installation Through A Self
Certification Competent Persons Scheme (CPS)
Supply MPAN: 2000015546254
Commissioning Date: 16/08/2022
When i move in, I'd like to received money back if that plausible? Can anyone advise me how to please?

The original Feed In Tariff stopped in 2019, but you may be eligible for the Smart Export Guarantee You need to "qualify" for it (Have the correct set-up etc at your house) I suggest you search google for more specific information.
