i agreed with special location re drawing showing existing light and transformer,feel the rest of the posts were harsh on obnox.thought we were all on here to learn & help whatever level of experiance poster has.

 
Not meaning to sound Hard or Horrible as im not meaning it that way but i think that there IS a point in getting a pro in,!!!

Maybe he decided low voltage (or is that elv) lamps are just not bright enough and wired up some mains voltage (or is that lv) ones.

 
I got that but the LV ones wouldn't have killed him but the mains ones he fitted afterwards while standing on the edge of the kitchen worktop were so bright he lost his footing and caught his head on the corner of the granite worktop and now is wiring mains lighting for st. peter in his shed outside the purely gates.
