Stuart Clague, not a bad firm TBH, done some subbying to him,

I wouldnt be so sure on the 'top rates of pay' bit though, he can be a bit[very] miserable as regards what some others are paying.

Furthermore unless you are a Manx resident and have lived on the IOM for over 5 years you will need a work permit from the Isle of Man Government. Before issuing the permit they will assess whether suitably qualified/ experienced Manx people have applied for the job.
