Missed Call Text Messages

Hi all

Just wondering is there a way I can get mh phone to send a text message to any missed calls I get? Eg" sorry I missed your call. Try again in a hour" sort of thing

I have a samsung galaxy s4 btw

Why not set up your answer phone service?

Probably wrong but, if I miss a call AND do not recognise the number, I work on the assumption that if they want me then they will call back.

If it ends up being a spam call then when they ring back i put them on the blocked numbers list
