From the date range given in the how to identify potential faulty items link its not actually a years worth of manufacturing. As they state week 31 of 2015 through to week 2 of 2016. Which is the last 23 weeks of 2015 and the first two weeks of 2016, (23 weeks) or just under 6 months worth. But it is potentially any MK RCBO's you've purchased since a year ago if your supplies have old stock hanging around.

the date code for just the RCBO is til week 2 of 2016, but the populated boards is upto 23rd week of 2016. so yes, could well be 6 month of manufacturing, but over a year of sales
