Well, not mine but an EX-employee :red card . I do some random checks on our guys work and this one was above a false ceiling in a warehouse. We were installing additional emergency lights. His excuse was he couldn't reach properly to make it neater headbang . ( The spec was Pvc/Pvc alterations)
This is the problem when you get busy & have to rely on extra labour, all they care about is there pay packet at the end of the week. I took a closer look at some house alterations he had also done for us and found connector blocks under floorboards where he had cut cables to short, not even his materials but to lazy to do it properly when the pub was open by then !
