Scred down tight so zero movement. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-OF-BRIGHTON-SASH-WINDOW-FASTENER-CATCH-SOLID-BRASS-WITH-SCREWS-17A2-/130678959676?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item1e6d12ae3c Last edited by a moderator: Sep 12, 2013

Albert / snakey - I`ll take a pic when I get chance - but imagine an alcove in a wall, with a TV in; and a wooden sill board. We`ve routed a slot in the wood, to take a tongue on the bottom of the board...about 10mm deep BUT I needed to hold the top solid - whilst leaving an aesthetic look when the board wasn`t there............... So I used: http://www.screwfix.com/p/necked-bolt-76mm-polished-brass/23700 2 off, 1/3 and 2/3 across the top........slot the board down, push back, and drop bolts Job done. When removed, there are just 2 brass bolts on the wall.....
