Hello, I am a yank living in Chile. I am having a whole house transfer switch installed. The electric in Chile is 220v same as UK. Need guidance on the neutral to ground bonding in the ATS. The stdby generator has a floating neutral. The manual says the bond must be in the ATS. In the States we have 4 wires, 2 hot 1 neutral, and 1 ground. Now I have 3 1 hot, 1 neutral 1 ground. The electrician has hot and neutral connected to the double pole switch. My question is how is the bond achieved? Do I run a jumper from the switch to the ground bar? The neutral bus in the ATS has no connection on it. Thanks.
