Is this battery suitable for a DA Abacus alarm panel?

Is this rechargeable?

the old one is a 12 volt 6ah valve regulated sealed lead acid type rechargeable battery made by Yuasa

electrically should be OK, but physically it may be too big and not fit inside panel
