Just poped in me local medlocks to get a dimmer for the boys bedroom at home.

well apparently it does...

I will try it when I get home If it works then that will be the end of a lot of headscratching and frustration!? :C

:)

I used to order everything from TLC including the varilight dimmer modules :) But due to the lack of regular electrical work we've not ordered in a while.

good to know there is an off the shelf dimmer that suits most applications.

;)

So despite it saying 60-400va you are suggesting it will dim as little as 12w?

Do let us know how you get on.

It took me 6 months of flickering led's in my own lounge to fit the V Pro dimmer module that was sitting next to the tv.
I took me over 2 .5 years to replace the old Wylex 3036 board at home with the DP RCBO unit i got from SBS Dave!

then i had to re shell it into a non explosive tin box before fitting it...as when i bought it nobody had thought of tin boxes

But, you designed it prior so it woulda been OK,

Same as my house rewire, over 8years now and my assessor in April said it my plastic highly explosive CU was acceptable , something to do with the air they put inside them prior to amd3 :C
