I just had to buy all the extra stuff for the A/C assessment in a few weeks, im currently upgrading from DI and it soon adds up, the fire alarm regs aint cheap for a start!

Hope its worth it!

You only need the fire alarm regs if you do fire alarms!

I passed my AC assessment without these as I stated that I had not done and had no orders or enquiries for fire alarms, however, if I did have to I would obtain them, which I have had to since.

Same as the EM lighting regs really, it is the 7671 & EAWR stuff that is essential.

Anyway even a DI will need the relevant fire alarm regs if they are doing domestic fire alarms really TBH.
