Online Scheduling

I'm after some "software" for our sailing club so that multiple members can show their availability and that we can also book training sessions on.

The "software" needs to be web based so that it will work on many platforms and so that it is also updatable by any member who has a login.

It might aslo be good if it can be incorporated into a website.

The club is a charity so they would prefer a free version if possible.

Does anyone know of anything that might be suitable?

Ive had a look at the wordpress ones and I just cant figure out how to alter them to what I want

I need it to have the availability of about 10 different people for any particular day showing along with any training sessions that are on and possibly the different boats that will be available (4 of them), maybe also to show if anyone can tow!

Forgot to say that I need each user to be able to alter their own availability (inc towing) and only certain users to be able to alter sessions and boats

google calendars could work or make a schedule on excel

They've already got an excel doc, but at the moment it gets "passed" around for people to fill in, I was just looking for an online calendar type thingy that'd do the same

They are looking at putting docs in the cloud, but I think this way would be better
