The compound he was living in was in the same town as a military establishment like Sandhurst or West Point .
Wouldn't you think someone would wonder what the hell that place is and who is in there ??
Unless you knew already of course .. but that can't be right or they'd 've arrested him ........................................... wouldn't they ????? :C

Does anyone remember this or was it another conspiracy theory.
When the allied forces first went into Afghanistan , I heard that British Special forces had located Bin Laden in a cave somewhere and were about to go in when they were ordered to stand down and wait for the US forces to get there . When they did , the bird had flown .
I never heard it mentioned again , same as when the troops were sat in the Sir Galahad , in a bay off Falkland Island, SAS on the beach ,signalling all clear get ashore. The Admiral overrulled the army officer, wouldn't let them go until he got the order from Britain . We know the result of that fatal delay.
FFS we learned how to land on beaches in 1944 and what you don't do is sit there like sitting ducks waiting for some Rupert on the phone to Downing Street.

Apparently the Irish SAS were going to join in the US assault over the weekend, but they stormed Debenhams after hearing summer bed linen was on the 3rd floor.
