Hi guys I want your input and help to find a suitable oversink, or under sink instantanious water heater for a commercial kitchen.

Now all the ones I have used before have been the small units that are for washrooms and maybe the odd shower.

However this kitchen would need a high volume water flow that would be economical to run, which is why I have suggested the instantanious rather than the storage type.

The power to the heaters they use at the moment is single phase, and this would be the preferred method, however the building does have a three phase supply so no problem with getting a three phase there if needed.

Any suggestions would be gratefull.

Just edited because it has to be electric and not gas.

cheers mate I have taken the customer advise number from the link and will give their technical department a call tommoro to get some ideas.

I personally think the ones that store water are better and as they are so well insulated they are economical to run.
