Hello everybody, I've been reading this forum for a while now as I've been looking to change career and as I'm finally on my short course (short course w*****!) now is the time to join. I come from the world of aircraft maintenance, mechanical side unlike my name may suggest.
I'll be totally honest with you, there is a hell of a lot more to this sparky business than I ever imagined. I can see why some of you say you have been in this game 20/30/80 years and are still learning.
I am a domestic installer in the rough, ready to be buffed to a dull shine.
