but you don't have to water fish? :slap
Pinching loads of fresh water from rivers to farm animals is a cause of fish population decline.

please see all previous posts about whether climate change is currently natural cycle or not, or save yourself the bother and accept it isn't.
there was a lot less humans, like 5.5 billion less
so if humans didnt melt the ice, then climate change is natural...
To to actually think we can effect how this planets systems work is astounding. We do not import anything onto this planet. Anything we do release into the atmosphere are chemicals and materials that are already here.
Natural chemicals like DDT, PCBs, Ozone depleting refridgerants, leaded petrol and diesel. I was working in a rented flat, the tennant was American, and her father had been exposed to agent orange in Vietnam, this has caused numerous health defects for her, and if she ever has kids, will cause the same problems for them to, the chemical is so pernicious it transfers to the next genreation. The only cure is not to have children. Very Natural.
As for not affecting the planet, where did all the whales go?, Where have all the fish gone?, What happened to Dodos (incidentally they weren't tasty apparently) and all the other species that have become extinct due to the activities of mankind. Remember acid rain, that stripped the paint off cars and almost completely destroyed Norways and Swedens ecology. Then there was Cernobyl that spread radiation aroound the globe and affected sheep in the UK. We haven't done 1 really big thing that affects the globe, it's more a cummulative affect of numerous bad ideas (seemed good ideas at the time) and now there's billions more people than there has ever been just to pile the pressure on.
The worlds problems are caused by humans, the answers lie with humans, when we can be arsed to do anything which is usually a bit late and it has turned into a true disaster.
