Its 3 initials if I recall correctly, and that company was bought out. :_|

Have a look on the net for reviews on DHL mate.

We bought a small sink for downstairs toilet on ebay. It arrived wrapped in brown paper with no protection smashed to pieces!
and to the opposite end: ordered some stuff from CPC the other day, including 6x 4ft tubes. the tubes were sent serarate to the rest of the order, total package size about 40cm diameter, and 5ft long! and a lot of bubble wrap to get rid of

Try parcelmonkey.co.uk. I use them alot, most of the time it's city link that collects. It's cheaper than most and

Added bonus is if you've charged too much for delivery(ebay) the buyer doesn't know how much it cost, unlike royal mail who put the cost on the parcel!
dont forget P&P covers more than just the postage, there is the packing and the time taken to go post it. but still better if they dont know the price

Ok, sorryDont go with tnt they loose and break things
Funny they transport more firearms around the country than anyone else. Worrying!

We have a good local post office who are very good at getting things through the best service at the best price.

You have the option to leave the price off of it, when you do it online.

Speaking of which - Have you tried a price for Parcelforce through Paypal mate? They are - believe it or not, cheaper that going direct to PF too.

You can still go to PP and price it.

i never post out big or heavy goods, just state buyer collects and sell local.

unless you are like my mate that lives in a different country,

then rings me to drive 130miles to pick something up for him!!!

it was only other side of Brum this time,

a while back he had me in bloody Croydon for him!!!! 4hrs drive, out of van, quick cig and loaded up and back in for the 4hr drive home!!!!!

He must be a real good mate.
Id trust him with my life,

he trusts me with his!!!

25years, was my best man and is my kid's g*dparent.

the funny thing is, he buys stuff then asks me 'is it far? surely it cant be that far, its in England!'

as if Wales would be further, or Scotland even, but I think he is starting to grasp it now, he couldnt believe it took 2hrs-ish from mine to the NEC when we went, 'its only there on the map!'
