Hi

Have been reading through Part L of building regs and I am still not 100% what the answer is regarding how many energy saving light fittings must be installed in an extension/rewire ? Clearly must be 75% in a new build anyone help me out ? :C

75%, but the requirement for the holder to only take low energy is not req'd. i.e you can have normal BC, providing they have a low energy lamp in them
