There are a number of regulations that cover all types of work, building regulations are one of them. Part P does not apply in this instance.Part p applies to dwellings only!!!!!!!!!!!! So football club is purely business/commercial (no flat or the like).Therefore part p does not apply but BS7671 obviouslydoes ,this is how i am reading the situation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
