I was a Quality Engineer at Nortel and ISO 900 was based an AQAP if you remember that from BAe. Oh and lots of non-earning time putting the system together.

The paper work often takes longer than the job, well done mate and good luck for the future.

I am going through the same process, we work to ISO 9000 standards as it is, so I do have a head start. Bae contracts have slowed down a bit in recent years with the cut backs, a company I was the "QS" for have been squeezed to the lowest quote just to keep the lads working.
