Periodic Information Pack

Hi guy, i read somewhere that the Niceic do a information pack for PIR's but i cant seem to find them - does anyone know what information is held within the pack? I wanted to create a similar pack to give to customers after a completed report to add a bit more professionalism. Just handing over the IV & test results seems a bit carp cheers again

There are some more detailed "Good Practise" guides there too. But it will be overtaken by the EICR next month, so why bother?

This is true I've just started up so I'm looking for what glossy info there is available to put into a pack for the customer
