Phillips hue lamps/bulbs

Does anyone know if Phillips Hue bulbs are certified for use in table lamps?

I know that they are designed for use in pendant fittings but are they okay when used the other way up eg in a table lamp?

It would say on the packaging if they must be a particular way.

I have some used in table lamps, no problem.

I’ve used them anywhere a bulb can go in my house and never had an issue. The Switch on the light or socket are same as wall switch for ceiling light

What makes you think they are not OK?

To be fair it did matter back in the old days with incandescent filament bulbs, the heat distribution from a candle bulb hung upside down could destroy the holder.
