Please help! Old Lucy Oxford Box on side of house

Can anyone help me please. I have recently purchaced a neglected 1920's semi and there is a rusty old electric box (lucy, oxford) on the side of the house. It seems to be supplying quite a few houses. Does anyone know who owns this box, how I can have it removed or if the electric board should be paying me for having this on the side of my house. Please help

Don`t me silly bud - that`d damage the house.

What is needed here is a surgical laser, to remove the growth. You must do it now, or it`ll spread!!! The consequences could be dire indeed. :^O :^O
