Any suggestions as to why the Blue on my printer is'nt really Blue anymore ?

I have a template of a "Compliments" slip which used to print in proper Blue , now its a washed out version .

try do a nozzle check or print head clean. usually in the Printer options settings. Well that is what I have to do frequently, happens more when using 'non original' inks. At the price of original inks it is a no brainer........ :coat
Yes I'm using non original inks but have already tried print head clean .

Do you think its merely due to being non original , so its just a different blue ?

My main job is cabling [Power upto 1600A per phase, data and comms in F Huge Data centres/server farms], so after many years of experience in this area....'have you tried turning it off and then back on again?'....sorry, couldn't resist it!

It is probably just moody ink, best do another head clean and nozzle pattern check anyway... :coat
