We had 12 fitted in Septmber 2022 and around half of the panels have failed and are now in dispute with our installer and have discovered a number of other customers having similar failures.

split from hi-jacked thread

Other companies in UK sell Eurener panels, guessing REST had a deal on that specific type of panel from them?

[Edit]
Quickly reading (how many times has that caught me out!) the linked brochures it suggests to me that MWT is something underlying TOPcon, PERC etc, part of a set of technologies being used to make a panel.

I have definitely seen Ultra Premium Eurener for sale elsewhere in UK.

EDIT: Eurener MWT type panels, and same panels for other customers?

EDIT: Sorry to hear of your woes with panels. Which particular panel did you have problem with, do you know if it was installation problem or manufacturer problem? Exactly same panels for other customers?

Hi MM7769
Sorry to hear that.
Where did you find out others were also having problems with this brand and who did the installation?

Hopefully, this will be quickly sorted.

Please keep us posted. Many people report their success story, or just that they had problems and it is very difficult to find out how problems are resolved.
S***t happens as they say and 0 risk does not exist therefore how your installer and Eurener will resolve your problems (how quickly, will you get compensation for loss of generated electricity etc...) will help to determine how serious the company is. At least they failed quickly. The worst is when there is a failure while the equipment is still under warranty and the company does not exist anymore...

Good luck

Half failed is very unusual for any make. Any failed panel is highly unusual. Any idea of what they failed for? I would suspect poor handling by installers for that many failed, I've seen failed panels on solar farms, but that isn't surprising as they hire a lot of unskilled labour.
