Purchace Invoice and the Tax Man

I bought a load of kit through a friend who has an account with denmans which i don't.

Problem is My name appears on the invoice with his company name and address and my card details.

Do you think that the tax man won't like this even though i can prove i purchased it?

and then he may or may not question you about it.
