No meter extended cover and no meter sealIt is fraudulent for the following reasons.The installer has certified it compliant with building regs, BS7671, & MCS requirements, it does not comply, thus the installer has lied on their paperwork, thus, they have obtained money by deception, i.e. fraud.
The home owner is fraudulently claiming FITS no doubt for a non compliant installation, again fraud, even though inadvertent perhaps.
Nevertheless money has been and is being obtained by deception, is that not fraud?
