Its a ring.

by your definition, a radial using parallel conductors is also a ring....

Butler, you`re obviously not quite as au fait with testing and regulations as you lead us to believe. Surely the load characteristics, cable length and routing and installation method, will do more to tell you which circuit it NEEDS to be? Don`t attack Steptoe for speaking the truth - we`d not be much good if we pu55y-foot around all the time, or tell you what you want to hear?

Plenty of members have given you advice on this thread, yet you come back with the same "I want a straight answer" whine everytime.

Just because it is what you want, doesn`t mean you`ll get it. Go ahead and show your assessor this circuit, which you can`t identify on your own, has hidden connections in a JB, is connected to a load, in your own house thatn you don`t know the rating of, and you want US to tell you if its ok! Takes the biscuit, that does.

Mods: can we have this moved to the learner`s section. The O/P is obviously a learner.
