hi all replaced sockets but  lights still flickering done some checks line - neutral 230v  live to cpc 230v  cpc to neutral  5 v when fluys

are on would this be a neutral fault on one of the fluresent fitting

i know neutral is a return path but carnt understand why light are still flickering when nothing pluged in the rcd skts

5v N-E isnt anything Id be concerned about, especially as the type of meter yopu are using isnt known to us, could merely be induced.

oh, just a point, is it 5v N-E or E-N ?

5 v N-E mate and meter type is a fluke 175
