Roofers!!!!! :red card

So....last week was the soalr "just fit AC kit week", as previously commented.......................

On Wednesday morning, the owner of the firm says to me:

"Can you lend these guys your DC meter - they`ve got a full install to do, and their spark hasn`t got one. I`ll take responsibility for it."

erm.........I suppose so. Be careful with it!!!!!! (my last words to `em).

On Friday, we had an install; and I hadn`t heard from them since. So I called the roofer in charge of the PV install team (WTF!!!?), and asked where they were working.

They`re passing MY job, so we arrange for `em to drop the meter off on the way past.....................

Only thing is, it arrives without the mode dial.

"Where?"

"When it got chucked in the van, it must have come off......................................" He`s backing away quite quickly now.......can`t think why!

"Whadda you mean `chucked in the van` ??"

"I`ll pay you for a new one. How much are they?"

"Too F

Lending kit...OOOeeer...well dodgy.

I remember many years ago I was on my own; my

only visitor was an elderly vicar. He only wanted to

borrow one of my books (Which was a bit rare).

Made F***ing sure it came back to me.
