i use plusnet there good no probs with them, although the router kept dropping out while it was next to all the tv stuff (tv/dvr/dvd/xbox/wii) just moved it about a meter or two away and was fine and has been sincekme if talktalk are giving you trouble go to plus net pm me for my user name as a recommendation as they have been faultless from start to finish. had a bit of connection problems as they didnt activate the connection till i phoned but they gave me a free months internet for not having net for 3 days so ended up having to use my mates pubs net instead which is a pita but all sorted and nowt issues wise since swapping from orange on the net and talktalk on the phone.
