No as its not just speaker cables but interconnects too. Mixing % and fractions is rather dumb.

okay, maybe 10% of the total on cables. so 1/3 - 3.33% on each. (yes, i know how much sense that doesnt make!)

1/3 is more accurate than 33.3%. I can read 10% as 1/10 just as easily!

I can confirm that. This is much easier. I remember almost falling asleep during one lecture on QM.
