I ordered a 9.5KW Triton replacement shower for a customer . Fitted it today . The customer looks at the box & says " I thought you were getting us a 9.5KW ...that says 8.5KW "
To confuse matters the box was actually printed with a large circle saying 8.5KW on the front ..a smaller circle saying 8.8KW on the top and the actual part number T100xr X 9.5KW :C I know it depends on the actual voltage but how confusing . I had to check with the clip on ...39.5 A .
