Well as Tony says 240/√3=? Since the measured L/E is 138v then the spanish must have some sort of funny 240V three phase supply???

Do Spain use a similar system to the Americans?

The septics use 120/240 or 120/208 the old √3 again. I always though they were weird, now I’m convinced.

I’ve come across that on cranes. Installing a neutral collector rail and collector would have been cheaper.
