Hi all,

I am looking to add a Neostat V2 Smart themostat to each of my rooms to control rads and UFH.

These will sit next to light switches so was thinking of putting them on the lighting circuit (where there is a netural)

The thermosts are 3amp and only detail in wiring seems to suggest the max size wire is 16amps.

Is there any rules or common practice for these. Used to Sockets, Lights, Boiler and cooker circuits. Maybe a shower one. But this is a bit different.

Thanks,

Ben

Answering own question:

Was getting confused:

Neo-Air - for wet system run on the boiler is wireless, just the hub (socket) and wiring centre that need a circuit

Neo-E - for electric underfloor heating needs a separate circuit for electric UFH
