Think we have done this a few times already but my answer is still the same. On a rewire I tell customer its better to have things at building reg height because that way if they move it will show property has been recently rewired but as they are paying your bill it really is up to them at what height things go unless they want them lower which would make things worse unless cables can't be damaged then they can go at a reasonable height if you know what I mean.
