If you look in knowledgebase I’ve posted a photograph of an overhead supply PME service head.

It’s the classic case of “more information required”.

I got called to a ' loss of supply" yesterday. Itbaffected a shop with a flat above.

both on separate sevices....one a PILCSWAC one a Split Con....both originating from the street. NOBOBODY else on the entire road was affected and this property is in the middle!

reported to ENWL.....no faults recorded. Looked on their website 30 mins later....67 properties affected in 7 postcodes....bit weird

well, it was a TNCS and it was a broken neutral crimp so well done all who passed my test of knowledge. I of course knew this all along.....

I concluded several years ago that anything weird is neutral based after having 2 failed neutrals on 2 differnt houses in Salcombe - they were only 50 yards apart and shared same dodgy supply cable
