I agree the press do not tend to give the full facts.Of the people who have died:How old are they?
Where they in good health?
Did they come from poor backgrounds?
These factors when applied to deaths as a result of any virus, determine its strength (and how the poplation as a whole may deal with it).
Most flu strains have the potential to kill.

If it was that serious, we'd have far more deaths on our hands...I agree the press do not tend to give the full facts. they make it sound like if you contract it you have no hope.
